Windows 98/95 automatically changes this if Date/Time properties are set to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.

Do the following to check this:

  1. On your screen, locate and click the Start button. From the Start menu, point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, double-click the Date/Time icon.
  3. From the Date/Time Properties window, click the Time Zone.
  4. Select the box next to Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes, then click OK.
  5. Close Control Panel.
