While typing in the Product key you strike a letter and the letter does not show up in the Product key field.

  1. Recheck the Product Key make sure You are typing it correct.
  2. Check the Keyboard helper in the lower right of the screen, if the letter or number does not appear there then the letter or number is not in the product key. Check your Product Key again.
