You will need to use an S-Video cable. S-Video is a form of enhanced video signal that can be exported from a computer's video card or DVD hardware into a television. For this to be a possibility, the computer and television must both possess an external S-Video jack that can be linked together. The WinBook Z1 does have an S-Video jack on the back on the computer. First you will need to connect the computer to the TV:
NOTE: You must have DVD decoder software installed on your system, such as MGI Soft DVD Max, to have DVD playback ability.
The DVD should now only display on your TV when you play it using your DVD software. Note: You will have to remove this settings to return back to using you internal LCD only. |
