Enabling S-video jack so you can view your computer on your TV

  1. First with the computer off, hook up the s-video cord to your input on your television and hook the other end to the s-video jack on your laptop
  2. Turn on your machine
  3. Right click on your desktop where there is no icons and left click on properties
  4. Click on the settings tab up at the top


  5. Then click on the advanced button
  6. Then select the Utility Manager tab, and then click the “Driver Mode Settings” button


  7. If there is a checkmark on “Auto” uncheck it. Under driver mode change single to mirror, and make sure primary is set to LCD and secondary is set to TV


  8. Now if you click ok three times to close out the properties screens it should be working.
