- Locate the Roxio EZCD Creator CD. It is located in the accessory box
that is packaged with your WinBook J4.
- Close any open applications.
- It is recommended that you turn off your anti-virus protection, and
script blocking before running the setup program.
- Place the CD in your DVD-R drive label side up, and snap it onto
the hub. Close the DVD-R drive tray.
- The setup program should launch automatically. If it does not, go
to Start, and then Run. In the Run line type D:\setup.exe and hit Enter.
- The setup program will launch. You will see a dialog indicating that
Roxio 5 has been detected, Select Yes to begin the installation.
- Next, choose the language for your installation. The default is English.
- Setup will copy some files and launch the Install Shield Wizard.
To continue the installation, select the Next button. If you wish to
stop the installation, choose Cancel.
- Choose the type of installation. The default is Complete. This will
install all components of the application. This is the recommended installation.
- The next screen will allow you to go back to change any of the settings
for the installation. Select the Install button to install the program.
- Setup will copy files to the hard drive and make entries in the registry
for the application.
- Click Finish when prompted.
- In order to complete the installation you will have to restart your
computer and log into Windows as the Administrator.
- The first time that you open the Roxio software, you will see the
End User License Agreement. You must agree in order to continue.
- Once you have selected to agree to the License Agreement, you will
be presented with an opportunity to register your software with Roxio.
Registration is recommended, but not required.
- If you choose to Register at this time, select the option to Register
now then follow the on-screen prompts.
- Roxio EZCD Creator installation is complete. Please see the Help
file for in-depth use information.
