  1. First item you need to do is make sure you're booted into windows. Click on Start then go to control panel. Here you need to find the Add/Remove Programs icon and double click it to open it up.
  2. Once in add/remove programs find the program called "WLAN IEEE802.11G USB". Left click on this program to highlight it in blue and then click the change/remove button. A dialog box will come up and say "the device and all of its components will be removed".
  3. Click the Ok button and the system will then uninstall the drivers after a few seconds. Once uninstalled, it will ask you to restart your computer or not to the restart your computer. Choose the "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" option and click finish.
  4. When the system reboots, it will come up with a "Welcome to Found New Hardware Wizard" go ahead and just cancel this wizard.
  5. To reinstall the Wireless software click on Start then left click on you're my computer icon. Now double click on Local disk (C:). Once in the directory of Local Disk C: follow this path to the driver needed to install your wireless. Double click on the Driver folder, then on the Wireless folder, and double click setup.exe.
  6. An Install wizard will come up for the WLAN IEEE802.11G USB. Click next and the installation will begin. Once installed, you will get two options. "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" and "No, I will restart my computer later". Before you can choose one another box will pop up for Wireless settings. Cancel that and then choose "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" and choose Finish.
