1. Open the Fax Console icon by clicking on the Start button, go to All Programs, go to Accessories, go to Communications, Fax. 2. This will bring up the Fax Configuration Wizard. Click Next.
3. Type in the information that it requests and then click next.
4. Your fax device should show up as your modem. Then choose to enable
send and/or enable receive and how you wish to set it up. Click next.
5. Type in a TSID (Transmitting Subscriber Identification), something
to identify your computer to a fax recipient. Click Next.
6. Type in a CSID (Called Subscriber Identification), something to identify
you computer to a fax sender. Click Next.
7. Set up what you want incoming faxes to do: print, keep copy, or both.
Click Next.
8. You will get a configuration summary on what you entered. You can
press back to change something if you need to, otherwise click Finish.
