The New Media Bus Toaster SCSI II PCMCIA card should come with the following:

  • Bus Toaster PCMCIA Card
  • SCSI install diskette - DO NOT USE WITH WINDOWS 95
  • SCSI PCMCIA to SCSI II adapter
  • Cable for PCMCIA card to SCSI connector
  • Registration card
  • Quick start sheet
  • SCSI II User's manual

To install the Bus Toaster in Windows 95 in your WinBook XP5PRO do the following:

  1. Boot up the computer into Windows 95 normally.
  2. Insert the Bus Toaster card into the PCMCIA slot.
  3. Windows will prompt you that it has Found New Hardware. If not, make sure the PCMCIA card is all the way in the slot.
  4. Windows will then install the proper drivers.
  5. Your system will begin copying files.
  6. If your volume is up, you should hear two positive tones. This indicates that the Bus Toaster card has been successfully detected.
