  1. Open Outlook Express. To do this, click Start>Programs>Internet Explorer>Outlook Express.
  2. Now click on tools, and then click on accounts.
  3. Then click on the Mail tab.
  4. Now click on add, mail…, which will bring up the Internet Installation Wizard. From here you will be able to add your Mail service information. Contact you're Internet Service Provider for this information.
  5. The set up wizard will ask for you to enter Your Name. Next it will ask you to enter your e-mail address. The following information can be obtained from your Internet Service Provider. It will prompt you for a POP3 and SMTP server address. It will then ask you to enter your user name and password. Now it will prompt you to enter your Account name. The last item for you to check is how you connect to the Internet. After this you can click Finish, and the service should be added.
