  1. Open Outlook Express. To do this click Start>Programs>Internet Explorer>Outlook Express.
  2. Next click on tools, and click on accounts.
  3. Then click on the News tab.
  4. Now click on add, news…, which will bring up the Internet Installation Wizard. From here you will be able to add your News service information. Your will need to contact your Internet Service Provider (America Online, Compuserve, local ISP, etc.)
  5. The set up wizard will ask for you to enter Your Name. Next it will ask you to enter your e-mail address. You will need to fill in the following information, as your Internet Service Provider has described. It will prompt you for an NNTP server address. Next it will ask you to enter the server name. The last item for you to check is how you connect to the Internet. After this you can click Finish, and the service should be added.
