The Welcome to Windows 98 dialogue box provides an easy access point for Windows 98 Registration, the Internet Connection Wizard, Discover Windows 98, and the Windows 98 Maintenance Wizard. This dialogue box appears each time you start Windows 98 until you remove the check mark from the Show this screen each time Windows 98 starts option. To restore the Welcome to Windows 98 dialogue box perform the following steps:
Note: By default this restores the option to have the dialogue box open each time Windows 98 opens. If you do not want the dialogue box to appear the next time Windows opens, remove the check mark from the Show this screen each time Windows 98 starts option before you close the dialogue box. |
