To schedule a new task:

  1. Double-clicking My Computer and then double-clicking the Scheduled Tasks folder.
  2. In the list of tasks, click Add Scheduled Task.
  3. Click on next, a list of programs in the program files will be listed. If you do not see the file that you are looking for click on browse, and search and double click on the program.
  4. Click on next, click on the settings for then the task should perform, click on next.
  5. Set the start time, this will allow the computer to run the assigned task at the specified time to run automatically.
  6. Click on next, and then finish.

If you want to make advanced settings for the task (such as setting it to run repeatedly each time it runs), be sure to select the Open Advanced Properties of the Task check box in the final screen of the wizard.
