If your USB device is not working on all of the ports on your unit it is possible that the problem is an incompletely installed device driver. It is important to realize that each USB port connection is isolated from the others and there will be a separate driver for each, making it possible for the USB device to operate correctly on one port but fail to operate on another. The following procedure may assist in resolving any problems stemming from an incompletely installed driver.
In most cases this will reinstall the USB device properly and will allow it to operate correctly regardless of which USB port is used. If more trouble persists, contact your USB Device support or WinBook Technical Support for additional assistance |
