1. Insert the AmbiCom Wireless PC Card into the PCMCIA card slot.
2. Windows 2000 will automatically detect the card.
3. The Found New Hardware Wizard will start. Click Next.
4. Windows will prompt you to load the driver for the card.
5. Insert the AmbiCom Driver/Utility disk that came with the card.
6. Choose to search for the driver, and click Next.
7. Make sure Floppy Disk Drives is checked for the location to search. Click Next.
8. Windows will find the appropriate driver for the card. Click Next.
9. Windows will show a digital signature not found window, but the driver is in fact Windows 2000 Compatible. Click Yes, to continue the installation.
10. Windows will now install the driver. Click Finish to complete the installation.
11. Now you must install the Utility program to configure your card. Insert the Driver/Utility disk, if it is not already in the drive.
12. Click on START then click RUN. At the command line, type: A:\SETUP.EXE
13. The InstallShield Wizard will start. Click Next, to begin the installation.
14. The InstallShield Wizard will now extract the required files. Click Finish to complete the installation.
15. Remove the Driver/Utility disk from the Floppy Drive. You are now finished installing your AmbiCom Wireless LAN Card.
