  1. Problem:
    Customer was getting this error closing the Inbox, "Exchng32 caused an invalid page fault in module AWFXCG32.DLL'.
  2. Symptom:
    The only service installed in the Inbox is Microsoft Fax. Uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Messaging and Microsoft Fax did not correct the problem. This unit came with Windows 950C and Internet Explorer 4.01.
  3. Cause:
    Customer had downloaded and installed an earlier Internet Explorer 4.0 which created the problem.
  4. Resolution:
    The resolution is to reinstall Internet Explorer 4.01 that came on the CD of Windows 950C.
