General Information: This behavior is likely to have been caused by the computer being set for CRT Only in the system BIOS. In order to change the WinBook XL display type bios setting from CRT only back to LCD follow the instructions below. The easiest way to do this is to connect an external monitor to the machine so you can see what you are doing. If you do not have an external monitor available, these steps will set it back to display on the LCD panel. Please be aware that you must follow these steps exactly. You will not be able to see what you are changing without an external monitor, but follow these instructions. Any deviation from the steps could change settings needed for the system to operate.
