• Double click on the yellow speaker icon located in the bottom right corner near the time.
• In Volume Control, click on OPTIONS and click on PROPERTIES.
• In Properties click on RECORDING and click on OK.
• Click on OPTIONS again. If ADVANCED CONTROLS does not have a check mark next to it, click on it. If it does, click on the ADVANCED button located in the bottom right corner of the Volume Control window.
• Under Other Controls, Click on AUTOMATIC GAIN CONTROL and click on CLOSE. Close the Volume Control window as well.
• Sound recording will now have increased sensitivity and volume.
