Your WinBook XP5 Laptop and Docking is compatible with a broad range of voltages and cycles as found throughout the world. The only requirement is that the current be of the AC type, DC current is not useable. The voltage ranges are from 100 to 240 volts and from 47 to 63 Hz or cycles. The dock with the unit installed can take up to 3 amps. According to your specific location you may need to purchase an adapter to convert the USA specific plug to the local standard. If the local voltages and currents fall within the above ranges then you should be safe in operating your WinBook and Dock.
