WinBook is no longer shipping restore CDs or Windows operating system CDs with our new computers. The new computers have the capability to reinstall the operating system without a restore CD. Those computers have a restore partition built into the hard drive. That restore partition will allow you to reinstall Windows without formatting the hard drive. It also gives you the ability to completely format and reinstall Windows as well. You can access the restore partition by pressing the F10 key when you turn on the computer.

Due to WinBook's current OEM licensing restrictions with Microsoft, we are no longer able to send the Windows operating system CD with the computer. Therefore we will be unable to provide you with an operating system CD. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like a restore CD for your computer, please contact our Technical Support department. You can contact Technical Support over the phone at 1-800-468-1225, from 9am - 9pm EST.
